Diesel Ops Performance Kits

This day in age we have the need to make sure we can get everything in one place and at the same time for the right price, so what we did here at Diesel Ops is made just that and made it easy with our Performance Kits!

What is the Performance Kits?

The Performance Kits are just what they sound like, for all 3 major brands we have an option for just about everyone for the last 10 years. What this means is you can mix and match, or pick and play. This makes it so you can not only get the best deal possible but exactly what you want!!

Why do I need one of the Performance Kits?

The reason behind the Performance Kits is not just geared for the person that wants performance. Instead they are geared for making your truck the truck they needed to be and run the way we all want them to. This means that even if you do not want to make crazy power and just want some basics that will help with the Miles per Gallon we have a kit or want the max power you can while getting ready for some major power adders we have that as well! A kit for everyone is the goal and we are able to do just that.

What comes in one of these Performance Kits?

With these kits you have the options for quite a few things. They all come with a programmer of your choice such as EFI live from OZ tuner Or an H&S Mini Max. You also get to add in different exhaust systems from a full turbo or downpipe back or just delete pipes, adding in intakes or EGR deletes this means there is so many options you will be hard pressed to find one we have not though of! The best thing about all of these is when you buy in a package deal like these Performance Kits you are saving money, these kits are discounted much lower than everyone else and if you just bought the parts separate.

2.  Connect the AutoCal to the computer via the supplied USB cable

3.  Double-click on the EFI Explorer desktop icon to open the OZ Tuner - EFILIVE Explorer computer program on your PC.

NOTE: You must have OZ Tuner - EFILIVE v8.1 installed to use the OZ Tuner - EFILIVE Explorer program. See the “Downloading OZ Tuner - EFILIVE Version 8 Software/Update” section in these instructions for information on where to download the newest software and updates.

4. When an OZ Tuner - EFILIVE AutoCal is connected to the PC, the AutoCal folder tree should be populated (shown in picture below) and there should be a green checkmark covering the device in the bottom right corner of the screen.

5. The illustration below shows the lower half of the OZ Tuner - EFILIVE Explorer home screen. With the AutoCal already connected to the computer, the program will automatically open the contents of the OZ Tuner - EFILIVE AutoCal, as shown by the red arrow below.
Installing and Removing Calibrations to and from AutoCal

1. The OZ Tuner - EFILIVE Explorer allows the user to manage the files stored in the internal memory of the AutoCal.

2. To install a tuned calibration from ID via E-mail attachment, download the calibration and save it to a folder. Make sure to keep track of which folder you save the calibration in.

3. Inside the OZ Tuner - EFILIVE Explorer program, select the folder that you saved the calibration in from the windows explorer window (top left window pane)

4. In the window directly to the right of the windows explorer window (top right window pane), any available calibration files will be shown. Click on the desired calibration file(s) and drag them down to the “Tune” folder in the AutoCal explorer window (bottom left window pane). Upon opening the “Tune” folder, the calibration file(s) should now appear in the adjacent window (labeled as #4).

5. If you want to remove a calibration file from the AutoCal device, right-click the calibration file and select “Copy” to copy the file to a different location on the computer and then right-click on the file in the “Tune” folder and select “delete”.

6. The AutoCal can be disconnected at this time. The calibration file is now saved on the AutoCal device.

NOTE: If you get an error while attempting to add a file to the AutoCal, too many files (calibrations and/or data logs) are currently saved on the AutoCal, so you will need to remove files before adding the calibration to the AutoCal.

Long last, OZ –Tuner is talk of town

At long last, OZ-Tuner EFILive  tuning for the 2013-2015 6.7L Cummins with pre-stacked dyno demonstrated tunes to stay away from the mystery. As a major aspect of the PPEI OZ -Tuner EFILive  program, you will get a preloaded OZ -Tuner EFILive  AutoCal prepared to stack in your truck. The AutoCal will accompany four tunes. Be that as it may, because of the colossal size of each of the tune documents, and the restricted memory space on the AutoCal itself, you will just have one tune on the AutoCal at once. Along these lines, keeping in mind the end goal to stack another tune into the truck, you will initially need to change the tune in the AutoCal, and after that heap it into truck.

Control Levels:

EcoTow: 30 Horsepower

Tow: 65 Horsepower

Road: 100 Horsepower

Race: 130+ Horsepower

Further, for proprietors of 68RFE programmed transmission prepared trucks, you have the choice to include transmission tuning. One of the significant advantages of having such an electronically controlled transmission are that such a variety of components, for example, converter bolt up, line weight, and move examples can be controlled electronically.

Transmission Tuning Details:

Prior Converter Lockup

Expanded Line Pressure to 175psi (Built Pump Can Go Higher)

New Shift Strategy to Keep From Lugging

Less demanding Downshift with Less Throttle Input

Torque Management Tailored

IMPORTANT-PLEASE READ

Because of firewalls in the industrial facility ECM, you will be REQUIRED to first open the ECM. Right now, the best way to do this is utilizing a Bully Dog GT (part number 40420) tuner and the Bully Dog Unlock Cable, which is accessible from the menu underneath. In doing as such, you will only need to open the ECM, yet not really introduce any tuning from the Bully Dog. When this is finished, you will have the capacity to utilize the Bully Dog in an alternate vehicle, however you can just open one vehicle with every tuner. Another alternative is to utilize the Bully Dog for computerized gages in the vehicle that the OZ -Tuner EFILive  will be introduced into. Right now, the Bully Dog is NOT COMPATIBLE with 2015 Cummins, so you will require a substitute methods for opening the ECM if your vehicle is a 2015. In any case, you MUST open the ECM before OZ -Tuner EFILive  can be stacked. In the event that you have inquiries on this, don't dither to get in touch with us.

This is an exceptionally tuned item. In different circumstances, you may get a blunder code when endeavoring to stack the AutoCal onto your vehicle. In a large portion of these circumstances we should refresh your stock record. On the off chance that you have any issues, please get in touch with us with mistake code messages accessible so we may quickly resolve any issues you might be having.
